Inspiring Development (ID) – an internationally operating management consultancy headquartered in Frankfurt is seeking to recruit a Developer. The position is 100% home office (preferred countries: Georgia and Moldova, online).
As a Full Stack Developer and Application Support Specialist, you will work remotely with our dynamic, multinational team to develop and support software solutions for Inspiring Development and our clients — primarily banks and microfinance institutions in emerging markets. You will collaborate with clients’ teams during project implementation and support phases, bridging the gap between technical solutions and real-world business needs.

Profile
- 2+ years of formal software development experience in a software company or dedicated department
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Russian
- Proficiency in Python web development
- Strong skills in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
- Experience with SQL databases
- Experience working with cloud resources
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with curiosity and openness to engage with clients and colleagues

Principal Banker
Inspiring Development (ID) – an internationally operating management consultancy headquartered in Frankfurt is seeking to recruit a Principal Banker. The position is 100% home office (any country, online) with frequent travel.
The successful candidates would join our international team of consultants in consulting engagements assessing and improving the operations of our clients – typically Banks and Microfinance Institutions in emerging and developing economies. We offer consulting in all the main areas of running MFIs and MSME-oriented banks, with the most typical projects being:
- Improving credit risk assessment (including scoring/rating models)
- Strengthening Sales
- Strategy and Business Planning
- Efficiency improvement and performance management
- Risk management (credit, market, and operational risk)
We are looking for individuals with both solid hands-on experience in banking / microfinance and a good conceptual business understanding. The core of your experience should be from the lending cycle, but your focus may be on different aspects – technical, financial, organizational, sales, risk management etc. We welcome candidates with a broader field of experience who can contribute in more than one of the areas listed.
Main responsibilities
- Participating in consulting and management support engagements
- Market Research
- Interviews with Loan Officers, clients
- Analysis of processes and internal documentation
- Analysis of business data
- Writing reports and presentations

Profile
- Around 6-10 years of banking / microfinance experience, including a middle management function and experience at both Head Office and Branch level
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Russian is a must. Additional languages such as French or Spanish are a plus
- Flexibility and willingness to travel is a must
- Strong analytical skills and the ability quickly identify the core of an issue
- Ability to listen, communicate, form relationships, present and convince partners and stakeholders
